All customers - whether ordering online, by phone, email, fax, purchase order or our shop - are subject to the Terms and Conditions for the Return of purchased goods. Below is an extract of the main Terms and Conditions
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please return the item (this only applies to unaltered garments that is no embroidery and such changes - see next point) to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of distpatch for an exchange or refund.
Embroidered, screenprinted or otherwise altered items cannot be returned unless.
Returned items must be returned with completed returns form and to the address shown on the form.
Toowoomba Embroidery strives to provide excellence in Customer service. If we have made an error with your order or you receive a faulty garment, please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return and an exchange or refund.
If an exchange is required we aim to process your return within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery by Australia Post.
If a refund is required we aim to process your refund within 5 business days of receipt of the item(s).
Garment material may differ from time to time in weight and colour. This is considered the norm according to International Standards as colours may slightly vary due to seasonal influences.
Material will always exceed advertised weight but weight variance is common and acceptable.
Toowoomba Embroidery cannot take any responsibility for garments that appear slightly different as this is acceptable to a degree.

The Customer takes full responsiblity for the size that is ordered. If the size ordered does not fit Toowoomba Embroidery will except a change of garment size according to the 'Returns and Exchange' policy above - This only applies to unaltered garments that is no embroidery and such changes to the item. See 'Returns and Exchange'
Our physical shop will be closed from 20-12-14 to 12-01-2015.
We will still monitor our online shop and emails during this time.
Orders will be prepared for production and despatch on our return.
